Costa Rica Entertainment – Rylyuk is an artist changing the color of Tibás.
He has big dreams, like painting the whole country, but for now the urban artist is embraced for his work on street lighting poles in Tibás.
He painted a mural in 2016 and that was all we saw from him for a while but he kept street art close to his heart. He likes what he sees in other countries. His latest project stemmed from the pole outside his house which was an eyesore always covered with dirt and papers about loans.
