Operation Rich Coast, a grassroots project focused on beach and ocean cleanliness, is hosting its biggest event yet.
Saturday morning’s “National CleanUp for the Oceans” includes more than 40 locations across Costa Rica where volunteers will gather to help reduce the amount of garbage on the country’s beaches.
