Costa Rican clubs Deportivo Saprissa and Club Sport Herediano will welcome international competition this week as the 2019 CONCACAF Champions League kicks off across North America, Central America and the Caribbean.
Saprissa hosts Mexican side Tigres UANL on Tuesday at Estadio Ricardo Saprissa Aymá in Tibás. Herediano welcomes Major League Soccer’s reigning champions, Atlanta United F.C., on Thursday at Estadio Eladio Rosabel Cordero.
