Costa Rica News – You might want to test the system as customs before changing the laws…… But Costa Rica has always been reactive instead of proactive.
Between three car agencies, Grupo Q, Danissa Group and BMW, there are a total of 64 electric cars stuck in Customs. This is six months after the law exempted electric vehicles from taxes.
Costa Ricans have shown interest in this type of transport since the beginning. The procedures keeping the cars locked up, however, deter others from trying to purchase them.
